Product use
Glace is intended for cleaning businesses managing leads, quotes, customer portal experiences, scheduling, cleaner operations, billing workflows, and retention activity. Each workspace is responsible for the accuracy of the operational data it enters.
Customer communications
Teams are responsible for using email, SMS, phone, and form integrations in line with applicable consent and communication rules. Glace provides workflow tools but does not replace the business's compliance obligations.
Payments
Payment collection and card workflows are powered through Stripe-connected flows. Cleaning businesses remain responsible for their customer pricing, invoices, refunds, taxes, and service terms.
Availability
During pilot operation, product availability, support response times, and feature access may change as the platform is hardened for broader launch.
