How long does migration from Jobber or QuickBooks take?
Most cleaners switch in 20 minutes. Connect your Stripe account, paste Glace as your scheduling provider in Jobber to import seven days of bookings, and you're live. Pro and Crew plans get a free white-glove migration call.
Is payment processing really at-cost?
Yes. We pass through Stripe's standard 2.9% + 30¢ — same as paying Stripe directly. No markup, no surprise platform fees on payouts.
Do my cleaners need separate logins?
Cleaners use the Glace mobile app with their phone number. No seat licenses, no per-cleaner fee. They see only the jobs assigned to them.
What happens to my Yelp and Google reviews?
Glace pulls in your existing reviews and asks every clean for a new one — through SMS, 18 hours after the visit. Owners see the review feed and can flag anything below 4 stars before it goes public.
Can customers book directly without a phone call?
