How Glace handles operations data

Glace stores the data cleaning teams need to run leads, customers, jobs, cleaner workflows, payments, and customer communication.

Data we process

Workspace data can include customer contact details, addresses, quote and job information, cleaner assignment data, payment status metadata, communication logs, integration events, and operational notes entered by authorized users.

How we use data

We use workspace data to provide the product: lead intake, quoting, scheduling, reminders, cleaner coordination, customer portal access, billing workflows, and operational reporting.

Third-party processors

Glace connects to infrastructure and integration providers such as Clerk for authentication, Convex for backend storage and functions, Stripe for payment workflows, Resend for email delivery, and optional form or messaging integrations configured by each workspace.

Controls

Workspace access is scoped by organization membership. Admins should grant access only to people who need it and remove members when they leave the business.

These pages describe the current pilot product posture and are not a substitute for a signed customer agreement. Production customer agreements should be reviewed by counsel before broad launch.
